Delete Your Account

You are always in control of your data. Here is how to delete your HenZoe account and the personal data tied to it.

Delete it yourself, right in the app

Open the HenZoe app and log in.

Tap your avatar in the top corner to open the account menu.

Select Delete my account, choose a reason (optional), and confirm you understand the impact.

Type your account email to confirm, then tap Delete my account. Deletion happens immediately.

If you belong to more than one club, you can also just leave a single club from the same menu while keeping the rest of your account intact.

Your login stops working immediately.
Active club memberships are cancelled. Contact your club directly about any refund.
Your identifying personal data is erased, as described in our Privacy Policy. Past chat messages stay visible to other members but show as "Deleted user."
Some records, such as historical attendance data, may be retained in anonymized form for a club's own record-keeping, or where we are legally required to keep them.

If you have lost access to your device or account, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

We respond to deletion requests within thirty (30) days, and may ask you to verify your identity first.
