Yes. Every new account gets a 30-day free trial of Pro features, no credit card required. When the trial ends, you'll drop to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no penalties. Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard and keep access until the end of your paid period. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time subscriptions.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
We never delete your data. If you downgrade, features above your tier become read-only. Upgrade again anytime and everything is restored instantly.
What is Founding Member pricing?
The first 100 paying customers lock in their signup price permanently for the tier they subscribe to. Even if we raise prices in the future, your rate stays the same as long as you remain on that plan.
Can I collect payments from parents?
Yes, on Pro and above. Connect your Stripe account and collect registration fees, dues, tryout fees, and more directly through HenZoe. Parents get a simple checkout experience and you get payouts to your bank account.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
